Captain Ram Rodriguez will definintely get you on the fish.  The first location we stopped at, on the first cast we hooked trout.  My daughter (Emily) and I caught several trout and redfish at that spot.  Ram made it the best trip that I've ever been on.  My daughter had the time of her life; I can't wait to do it again.
